How it works
1. Describe the load
Search by UN number or substance name, pick the exact Table A variant, enter quantities.
2. We run the ADR rules
Classification, labels, tunnel codes, 1.1.3.6 points, mixed loading — computed from the sealed ADR 2025 dataset, article by article.
3. Get a sealed verdict
Every result cites its ADR articles and the exact data manifest it was computed from. Anything we cannot verify is flagged NEEDS_REVIEW — never guessed.
Three seal tiers
Bronze
LiveADR road checks: classification, labels, tunnel codes, 1.1.3.6 exemption points, mixed loading screening — each result edition-sealed.
Silver
Coming soonAdds sea transport (IMDG). The IMDG dataset is not yet licensed — this tier ships only when we can seal it to an official source.
Gold
Coming soonAdds air transport (ICAO TI / IATA DGR). Same rule: no licensed data, no tier. We do not ship guesses.
What HazSeal is — and is not
HazSeal is a decision-support tool built on the official ADR 2025 text. It is not a legal certification, and it does not replace your dangerous goods safety adviser (DGSA/TMGD). Where the source text is unavailable or ambiguous, HazSeal answers NEEDS_REVIEW instead of pretending.
